stagecruxly operates this commercial website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site and the services described as the central hub for media feeds, including professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

Eligibility and permitted use

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law. The site and services are intended for professional broadcasters, news organisations and media companies located in the United Kingdom and other permitted jurisdictions. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with the procurement or management of media feeds. Personal or non-professional use is not authorised without prior written consent from stagecruxly.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the feeds, reverse-engineer any software, introduce malware, or engage in any activity that could compromise the reliability of live signal management or content distribution. Unauthorised recording, redistribution or commercial exploitation of feeds beyond the scope of your agreement is prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Accounts, submissions and user content

Where accounts are required to access restricted feeds or submit technical specifications, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details. Any content you submit, such as project briefs or technical requirements, remains your responsibility. stagecruxly may use such submissions solely to fulfil the requested service and will not publish them without your consent.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All intellectual property in the site design, feed descriptions, technical documentation and branding belongs to stagecruxly or its licensors. You may view and download materials only for your own internal business use in connection with the media feed services. No other reproduction, modification or commercial exploitation is permitted without express written licence.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference third-party platforms used for signal transmission, cloud storage or analytics. stagecruxly does not endorse, control or guarantee the performance of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and you should review them separately.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

stagecruxly aims to maintain high availability of feeds but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, legal compliance or suspected misuse. Changes to these terms will be posted on the site and will take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The services are provided on an as-is basis for professional users. To the extent permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law, stagecruxly excludes implied terms of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, the total liability of stagecruxly for any claim arising from use of the site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit applies to all claims whether in contract, tort or otherwise and covers loss of data, business interruption or any consequential loss.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify stagecruxly against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your use of the feeds in a manner that infringes third-party rights or breaches broadcasting regulations.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the right to refer disputes to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. stagecruxly may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
